Couldnt ask for a better Primary Care Provider!

One of the best doctors I've ever had. She listens to my needs and arranges my treatments for any condition. Very professional.

Was charged $200 to initiate services; however, that wasn't for this location, turns out it was for a specific doctor, who left very shortly after and now they aren't accepting patients.

So, in short, paid $200, saw my doctor twice, he left and now I'm told that Providence Family Medicine will no longer be my provider. If they were to continue to be my provider, it would cost me another $200.
