Came in with a family member. The front desk gals were so nice and caring. On the other hand the RN Lee Ann is the most rudest person I have ever met. Lee Ann came out to waiting room ask 1 question then stated "probably not much we can do for you". First off are you a doctor? Was my family member evaluated, "no"! Brought us back to the room to be seen, started asking questions. Her demeanor was definitely felt in the room. Then when she was asking my family member questions she is shy and has lots of anxiety so I was trying to help answer the questions and she told me to be quiet. Very out of line. I will never come back here. I really hope she doesn't treat people like this all the time. Working in this field requires you to be caring, compassionate, and understanding at times. Lee Ann definitely is not that person!!!!

I had a medical emergency(severely twisted knee)on April 5th and my husband took me to Mt Carmel Hospital ER. I couldn't walk and I had no crutches. My pain was tremendous. He pulled up front and asked for help to get me inside. Someone at the front desk said "No, you'll have to call 911 if you want help to get her in .What kind of hospital is that?
I went to Chewelah hospital inside. Much better service there.

We went to the ER and Dr. Deckert was awesome! Even though he was busy he still sat there with my other half and made sure he was okay and got us all taken care of. Much appreciation towards that doctor!
