Great knowledgeable staff, I am happy with my doctor who keeps the communication lines open at all the times; I get always admitted on time. Highly recommend !

Called and tried to ask questions about where I can be seen for complications with my brain tumors, as I am new to the area, and was told sorry they aren't taking new patients. Serious health issues here with amazing insurance but can't be seen and no advice as to where to get it. Thumbs down!!

My doctor gave me a referral to this office to see a specific endo, but I received a call saying because I have seen a different endo in this office, I cannot just change to another provider while they are "closed" for the pandemic. The previous endo was not good for me and I needed someone with more understanding of my specific situation and health. The woman I spoke with was cold and seemed uncaring and unsympathetic to my problem and would not try to work with me to find a solution that worked for me. Going forward, this Endocrinologist office is on thin ice and will not receive a positive review unless they reach back out and attempt to resolve my issue.
