This one star rating is not a reflection of my doctor, Dr. Philip Madrid, who has been my doctor for over 30 years! And he took care of my family as well. He’s a GREAT doctor and a beautiful man. I, we couldn’t ask for more. The one star is for the new owners PROVIDENCE. They SUCK! With each acquisition Providence executives, like rod hochman, cut services and laid off caregivers. Just to maximize profits. I believe that the first year after acquisition Providence reported a combined operating profit of $431,000,000!! And they were sad that they fell short $20,000,000.00. Oh and Rod he walked away with a FAT RAISE OF $6,400,000.00! Not bad for a non profit. Not bad at all. My doctor is retiring this year. He was the only reason we stayed. Now that he’s gone so am I. We’ll be switching to UCI next year. There’s no staff shortages everyone smiling. Night and day difference. J. Herman Linden
"Come at 830a for 9a appointment." Their first appointment of the day. Completed 5 minutes of paperwork. PT Claudia finally came out at 915a after we complained. Not another soul waiting in waiting room.
We respect their time. They do not respect ours. Fully aware we'd been sitting there 45 minutes. How much longer would they have made us wait?
