Knowledgeable, friendly, the therapists provide excellent treatment, and the front office staff is remarkable. Would go nowhere else.

I called to set up an appointment and was given the run around!! I provided insurane information, referral from my doctor and was told that I would receive a phone call the next day to schedule a session. They never called me back. I decided to call them to see what the hold up was and they stated that I needed to call and get an approval from my insurance company before they could schedule me for a session. They could have at least called me to let me know there was an issue. What bothers me the most is that I don't need an approval!!!! I told them early on that my insurance doesn't require an approval for PT. They just sat on my information and didn't even call me back. If this is how they treat you early on how will they treat you once you’re a patient. Will not be putting my care in their hands.
