I called ahead of time to make sure the wait time on the website was correct before driving all the way over there and because I had my infant with me. They told me it was correct (22 min). I was told wait times are accurate all the time. So I did the drive and checked myself in online. When I checked in, I asked for the wait time. She told me someone had already been waiting an hour and to expect a 2 hour wait. I explained I called and checked the website and I didn’t understand how it was that long of a wait from when i called. She told me online is never accurate. I ended up leaving and they gave me a call asking where I was… a 20 min wait! I am not sure why she told me that. I usually don’t bother to write these kinds of reviews. But they seriously wasted my time.

The entire staff was so kind, caring, and quick! Gevin was so helpful and compassionate, I can't thank him and the whole team enough for all of their help. I truly felt that they heard my needs and worked quickly to find a solution. This was my first experience with Providence and I cannot speak highly enough of how well it went. I'm incredibly grateful!
