Buying a home is never an easy process but Adam and his team, Emily, and Joalisse made it so easy. I had been working with another lender but was not trusting in how they were in keeping their promises and in fact they changed the numbers frequently. Provident gave me the best rate and Adam was steadfast from beginning to end. Everyone on the team is very professional with great communication throughout the whole process. I will recommend them to everyone who is in the market for buying a home.

I highly recommend Provident Funding! I believe I got the best rate and pricing from any of the places I called. My mortgage specialist was Susan Duong. She is the best mortgage person I've ever worked with and will send everyone I know who needs a new mortgage or a refinance. She was there for me every step of the way and explained everything, even multiple times if I forgot or didn't understand. The whole team was great but even when my loan moved onto the next steps, I stayed in contact with her. After I locked in, I was able to close in about 2 weeks.
