FRAUD PEOPLE. They take multiple applicants and collect the application fee ($35 each). Despite of having good credit score, we didn't get the property. We just wasted time and money ( $105). Please stay away from these people and look their Yelp reviews before applying.

Very thorough, helpful, and professional property managers. Every time I've called in with a question regarding my property, they've happily given me their attention and promptly dealt with any issues.
