It is evident that the staff care about their work, and each psychiatrist has their own specialties. My personal experience was that everything was on time, and there were no issues during my appointment.

My visit with Rebecca Evans was fine, however, I had a long wait prior to my appointment time. She was over an hour late.

Would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Was pressured to take intensive outpatient program for anxiety. They loaded me up with meds that my PCP later determined I did not need. They do not bill you until you are finished with the program. I believe they bill very incorrectly as I have made payments to the account yet the balance reflects incorrect. Will be filing grievance with my insurance for sure. Ended up getting very sick and couldn’t work. They persistently called asking for their money even when I told them I was sick (hospitalized even) and wasn’t working at the time. For a business that says they can help provide ways to reduce stress, they sure cause a tremendous amount! My independent LMFT started our last session with “So what do you think I’m gonna help you today. It’s your fault you feel this way. You need to learn to be happy.” Best believe that was the last time I’d be seeing her. All in all, FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR MENTAL HELP THE PEOPLE HERE ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY!!
