My doctor over here was Dr. Wu. She doesn't like I talk about side effects of meds her priscribed. I gained weight more than 20lb in one year. It should be for meds cuz it's a common side effect. She said it's about my age. When I visited last time, I was told I missed my appointment. I don't think I did. The receptionist told me I can still see her, and this Doctor came out. I thought she came called me, but she looked at me with very cold eyes and said "Not you. You missed 1pm appointment." Is there any other way to communicate? If your condition is depressive, I don't recommend you to visit this doctor. You may feel to kill yourself if your condition is low. Then what is the purpose of visiting her? Lol

Living 50 miles away, show up at 20 minutes after an 8 am appointment and was turned away. There were 10 minutes left in my appointment, now I'm heading home, 1 1/2 hr drive. Wish I could control traffic. When you have mental illness and are concerned about you medication levels and refills, this is NOT the place to go. This is not the 1st time I have left in a bad headspace after seeing Dr. Aaron Bobb. I have contacted management, let's see if they can resolve my missed day of work, mileage, bill for being turned away and no help, that is actually needed. What am I to do when my pills run out? Is it my fault when a dr. that is supposed to make me stable, rocks the boat?

If I could give 0 I would. Been there for 3 years ALWAYS had problems getting my scripts. Collette is very rude and belittled me on the phone she should not work a job dealing with people with mental health issues. Had to call back and a very nice woman helped me get my scripts as they’ve kicked me off the program I understand the policy but it’s funny how as soon as you’re not a patient there they will be very rude and say I can’t talk to my dr when the letter I got stated I have 30 days to get those things figured out with her. I really liked my dr she helped me a lot and now I feel like I’m being abandoned the pandemic has been very hard for me. But I understand they cannot be lenient on people who are going through a rough time and have family members with COVID-19 and currently having COVID-19 myself. Thank you to my dr and the other secretary who helped me and treated me with respect.
