If you want to taste a 1950’s malt or milkshake, this is the place. I think the photos and stars speak for themselves.
Port Townsend lost most of their restaurants during Covid. The fact that the Soda Fountain survived says something. Getting to the Island takes time but when looking for the Holy Grail of nostalgia, it is worth the adventure. The cheeseburger and fries followed suit!!!

Very cute place and just the right stop for an ice cream. Scads of flavors, friendly people, and fun decor. We preferred this place over Elevated Ice Cream down the street where we found fewer flavors, shorter hours, and less welcoming service.

Wow, we should have refused the clam strip basket at $15.00. It was not clam strips but mostly inedible 1/4" pieces that looked like they came from the bottom of a frozen bag. As a business owner ourselves, I would be embarrassed to serve this and they should be ashamed to do so. Our bad for not refusing the order but it's also unfair to put a customer in the position to do so.
