I've been here a few times now and besides the fact they cater to the zero waste crowd, their other accoutrements are unexpectedly fabulous. I've bought a couple cleaning things, like towels and brushes and such. It's very clear the shopkeep takes great care to curate legitimately high quality products and I am more than willing to pay a premium for that curation. Also, amazing scents. 10/10 glad to have this kind of store in my neighborhood. :D

Kylie, the owner, is such a sweetheart. Not only does her store carry great household products, but she will also educate you on why it's good. She also has great customer service skills. She's never trying to 'upsell ' your order. She's very honest and just an overall happy (not fake happy), good energy person. I live in Kenmore, and try to not go to Seattle often. However, this store is worth the drive! 10/10 customer service/ products/ prices/ and overall experience. This is my go to shop when I need to fill up!
