I have a spinal deformity andcan barely walk and just because I am Married such he works in SF we live in Oakland he's gone 12/14 hours out of the day and ihss gave me 9 he's 18 min with no help with domestic or food shopping g or preparing or cleaning after meal no laundry or driving they expect my husband to do it all and work full time and dive in traffic then come home ya he will help but what am I to do for the 13 hours he's gone starve not go to Drs or let my house go whatever ihss is it my ethnicity? so what the he'll is the provider suppose to help me with and after surgery I will need a qualified provider it's several surgery 2 may be 3 on my spine what is wrong with them in scared and all e No one will help me I am 52 yrs old I need help plz someone
