Ciera and Stormy are great people that are very helpful with any questions or concerns! Always cheery and upbeat. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this company and their staff!

I came and got a storage and when the lady shower it to me I asked for and outside entrance so I could get things in and she told me I could come back the next day and have it switched. That it wasn’t a problem so I came back the next day to switch the Storage over at the appointment time that I set and then I was told that I couldn’t have an outside access one that there wasn’t any available, but I could get a bigger storage that was then going to cost me another $179 to get so I have a storage unit that I can’t fit my furniture in and I could’ve went to another location and paid less money. This was very unhelpful and I am very frustrated and customer service was not OK with me because my problem is not resolved and bare minimum on it and I’m sorry it’ll cost me another $179. I will not refer anyone back to this company again.
