Update: Unfortunately, our unit and many others were broken into (June '16). Max insurance is $4,000 which doesn't begin to cover the loss of stolen items. August '16 they were supposed to upgrade security with cameras, but prior to that the homeless population had run of the place. Policy by management dictates they can't refuse to rent to a particular individual. Access was easy, and door codes were the same for the length of the building. I hope they've changed their policies.
Dolores was awesome, personable and efficient. Quick, easy experience. Super location, but not at all (or poorly) protected against theft
