This was the most embarrassing and violating experience I've ever had. apparently they change the terms of service on the fly, make up policies and kick you out of you violate those policies. Then tell you a time you're allowed to come and then block you again. I run a business for 2 years nowdont store anything you intend to sell unless you move it back to your house because even if you take your property off theirs it's still a violation of service. My car breaks down and the guy deadlines me 4 hours to get out of there going to tow my car, so I go get assistance and the guy locks me out and the car in. I get a voice will saying my code will work during business hours, it doesn't and they say come back tomorrow. Meanwhile I get a two day notice to get my stuff and one of the days she doesn't even let me in. This has been the worst experience of my life and I'm getting a lawyer

This is my first time renting with public storage, but Dee, Heather and Kirstin were awesome in helping me find the right size space. I was there for approx 30 minutes and the process was easy; they are very thorough and professional. There was a new employee training during my time there and you could tell that the focus was on proper rules and procedures and really training, not just telling them what to do. Dee seems to run a great crew and I appreciate all of their efforts in helping me. Storage space seems to be going fast and I am glad I am in at this location. Great Job! Thank you :)

Dee was amazing. She was very helpful and patient. I'm so glad I had her to help me. She went above and beyond to help me! It's people like her that make a customer service experience more than just a business transaction. What an amazing employee 😊
