Wow, I just had the best experience at PublicStorage, and I have to rave about Coquita! She made my check-out process a breeze. You know how these things can be stressful, right? Not with Coquita around! She's like a superhero of storage units. Coquita knew everything about the process and explained it all so clearly. I had a bunch of questions, and she answered every single one with a smile. No rush, no fuss - just genuine care and attention. At one point, we hit a tiny snag, but Coquita solved it in a flash. It was impressive to watch her in action. The whole time, she was so friendly and professional. I left feeling like I'd just chatted with a friend, not completed a business transaction. Oh, and I can't forget Paul! While I didn't interact with him as much, he was super helpful too. He and Coquita make a great team. Honestly, if you need storage, this is the place to go.
