Services was quick and friendly. We were able to view the different size storage units in advance. We were also provided a step-by-step demonstration for accessing the gate and the building/unit. Excellent service.

Public Storage overall is just fantastic, and always such a pleasure to do business with. Ian and Kim (I believe is her name) are totally wonderful to deal with by being patient and understanding, but also care enough to take those extra steps and try harder to give a little more when handling the issues that come up. They are super pleasant and easy to be honest and straight forward with, which makes them very approachable if struggling to pay rent on time or have any concerns with the site, the units, or renters, etc., and always seem to find a compromise that is acceptable for all involved. This is important for keeping situations calm and unstressed for allowing solutulions that are rational and acceptable by those involved. Having customers feel like they've been treated fairly and with respect makes for a good working, and storing experience to feel comfortable with. Fortunate to have such people at this site. Thank you Ian and Kim for all that you do that keeps Pub. Sto. a highly rated facility. Appreciated for
