Janelle was SO very kind and accommodating when I needed to rent a storage space! She immediately welcomed me, and walked me to the available storage spaces that were available at the Capitol Hill location. When I decided on a unit to rent, Janelle quickly and efficiently helped me secure the space while making me laugh throughout the entire process. The Capitol Hill Public Storage location is THE BEST!!!

If you work till 5 in Seattle and can’t get to the storage by 6 then you can’t get to your storage. Pretty much unusable for people that have to work normal hours. The staff is super nice and helpful they are great and it’s clean but the hours are very limiting.

Janelle a pleasure to work with and helpful getting my things moved from the old unit to the unit! Customer service is awesome. More than five stars love that she was able to assist and help thank you so much!
