I give 10 stars to the gal at the front desk who was filling in from another location today and hadn’t worked at that site before. She was very friendly and very helpful when she showed me the unit I had reserved online last night to make sure it was the right size for my needs. She gave me some great tips for how best to fit the furniture and boxes in the space for my move in. The facility is very clean and secure.

The office manager, Haley, was very kind and helpful. My car died in the lot during an unloading and she helped me get back on my way in no time.

Amy was really helpful calling me and leaving a detailed message regarding moving out on time to help save me money. I also interacted with another front desk employee who was very transparent and helpful regarding pricing as well.
