I used public storage for 4 years. I only had one run-in with one particular manager who was not very friendly. However, overall, for the length of time that I was there, my experience was good. The prices were a bit high, and they did raise them about 2 months before I took my stuff out of storage. I the price went from $253 to $3:12 The jump in cost is why I took my stuff at a storage. That price was for a 10x20. Overall I had a good experience with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

Don't do business with Public Storage. I moved out March 31 and received email confirmation of the move out. Since then I have been contacted multiple times per day to make payments that I don't owe for April, as if I still have a storage unit there. These people are crooks. I already spoke to an employee on the way phone about this on 4/2, who lied and assure me I would not be contacted for payment again. I'm sure they successfully scam other people out of extra payments they don't owe, but my next call is the the Washington Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Division. Shame on Public Storage.
