I was sent a link to review this location and give it five stars, but unfortunately we did not have a 5 star experience. Whoever owns this location had the office worker/property manager covering two locations in the same day. So, when we arrived to get our keys and get into our storage unit for the first time, there was no one there. We had driven from an hour away and had to stay local for over two hours why we waited for her to get back from covering the other location. Extremely inconvenient. I’m only giving two stars because she was very nice once we actually got to see her face to face.

Karyn.. Was amazing i know I’m late on posting this review . But she made certain I was set up even at another public storage location when her location didnt have exactly what i needed. She went the extra mile to make certain i was good and the unit fit my needs . GOD bless her!
