Never had a problem till today.I was using 2 cards, one gift the other I use for food. Showed him my 2 cards and asked if he knew how to use the gift card, he ripped the gift card out of my hand and swiped it, it paid for all the groceries, I yelled at him and told him I was splitting the amount and void it to start over, he told me no! I was pissed. Did not even s apologize. went to Costumer service ,the girls were very nice but they called for the manager, he said he had to look at video to see if I was lying, I waited for 25 mins, Finally I went to the manager told him to just void it so I could pay with my other card, he said he can't till he sees the video. I felt as if I did something wrong. They told me they called upper management for help.the manager said he would call me back. 4:30 and still no call back. I asked for corporate # to put a complaint in, the staff told me they can't voided it. I called the gift card company and they told me Publix could of voided and the money back on the card and corrected the problem. The Manager lied many times just so he didn't have to do his job. Didn't even reprimanded the Cashier for causing this whole mess. Reported this Publix to corporate and will never shop there again. They train their Cashiers but not their idiot manager. Rate this store Big fat zero!
