Publix uses a offensive and racist security team that' hates blacks. ( Heavy dislike is ) After a compliant to manager, they brush you to the side with an non sincere apology and continue allowing it to happen. Please do better all your customers should be treated with respect no matter who is employed by you.

I go in this store every morning with my work uniform on as security and the manager of the store and deli and security watch me like I am stealing very uncomfortable to shop at this place they treat you like a criminal. I protect people and their thing SIR get it together I'll make a video next time this happens to show recipes 😔

Staff are 50/50. Some are very nice and kind and helpful, and some (including the manager) are opposite. But closest to my home, so we are stuck with it for now.
