I am a small time landlord and want to hire them for legal advice and consultation on what I can do as a landlord. You should try elsewhere for service.

They filed a judgment on behalf of Grand Peaks Property Management, long story short they filed a judgement, the judgement was satisfied but they REFUSE to file a satisfaction of judgement to have this cleared with the courts which prevented me from moving and any time Ive called they have been extremely rude . . . This has been a head ache, I think my best best is to file a small claims case, this is ridiculous.
