Can't vouch for the Cigar room, not my thing...
I am a routine person so Once I find a place I like I stick with it, this is the 1st Smoke shop that I liked enough to make it a point to go back

I came in to buy a stizzy battery, since my last one wasn’t working. I was hoping to try out a new one in store since I didn’t want to walk out with the same problem. Unfortunately, it also didn’t work. The lovely lady behind the desk offered to charge the device for me. While chatting and waiting for the device to charge, the owner, Adam approached me to shake my hand while asking me, what am I doing here, and that they are very busy and need to work, as if I’m just there to hangout. I kindly explained that your nice employee has offered to plug and charge the device for me So I can test it out. I waited for a moment longer for the device to charge up. Surprisingly, It also ended up NOT working. He ended up putting the cartridge into the battery, and trying it himself without asking me. The device failed to work, and he hands it back to me with saliva stuck to the mouth piece. Not pleasant but whatever, I just asked for an alcohol wipe. I quickly went on google to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue. When I learned that the battery was actually fake, I kindly asked for my money back, until he asked me “why”. I simply said it’s not working and that I’ll try elsewhere. He refused, forcing me to pull out google to show him the issue. The cartridge for my vape wouldn’t connect because the battery was simply an off brand. He wasn’t having it, and continued to tell me how I was the first to ever complain in his shop, and that the info on “my computer thing” was wrong. There are clear images on Google that distinguish a fake Stizzy from a real Stizzy. After showing him, he agreed to return my $25. But then, he continued to rant on to the poor lady behind the desk about how unreasonable I was being. He turns to me and tells me to get out, and to leave him alone. I said of course, “but please give me my money back”. He said fine, and aggressively opened the register and handed me the cash. I was never so relieved to walk out of a smoke shop for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this store or this man’s attitude. Unless you’re coming in to save the poor girl from working for Adam. Her service was too good for that shady place.

I am tired of coming to this smoke shop and they consistently tell me they don’t have time to take my money! Adam, you are racist and this store stereotypes by class! If u don’t appear to be wealthy or white then service is subpar and they do not have time for you. I live in this community and surprised about the constant disrespect for my black dollar…I hate this store because of the service and will go up the street for now on
