Awesome customer service, does the job right the first time, highly recommend.

My car decided to go on the fritz while I was working in the area. The local auto parts store recommended Puget Sound Automotive and I went straight over. They were able to fit me in without an appointment - didn't even fuss about it - and correctly diagnose the problem.

On top of that they were very sympathetic and treated me like a valued customer, even thought they had never met me before. Car problems can be stressful, but knowing you'll get fair and compassionate service helps a lot! Thanks guys, I'll be definitely be back.

They helped me with trying to figure out what was wrong with my 2020 Kia. Turned out it was the transmission, directed me to Kia dealership because car is still under warranty. They didn't charge me anything! Amazing people. They are going to be my permanent place to go. What was funny was I was trying to get to the auto place down the street and I coasted and I mean coasted into their parking lot!!! A blessing, and was meant to be. Things happen for a reason, and I was meant to go there. Sincerely a very grateful customer

I owe these guys a review after they saved me $1,500 worth of unnecessary repairs. The people here are are as honest as they come. They charge a reasonable price and don’t try to nickel and dime you. Twice now they have done small jobs and repairs for me for free, and each time they’ve been very warm and personable and treated me like an old friend.
