We had them out to fix the brakes on one of our trailers (locked up, wouldn't release). They were here for maybe 30min altogether, and even waited for us to verify the work was good before leaving. The trailer then sat for two days before being used, except one of the brakes was still seized, so I called them back. Instead of being predatory and coming out to "fix" it again, they offered solutions over-the-phone that ended up working out great! Thanks Tony. Thanks Jordan. We will absolutely be calling you again.
