Sean and Josh were great and detailed with their explanations. There were very upfront and honest as well. They came out quickly to address my issue. Mia, the dispatcher, is awesome as well. Unfortunately, we weren't able to reproduce the problem but at no fault of theirs so I cannot comment about their repair skills. I would definitely reach out to them again.

Josh was the plumber that worked on my toilet. I am very satisfied with his work. He showed me exactly what was the problem and explained it in simple words for me. He fixed it in no time and installed a new toilet.
I appreciate his proffesional attitude and addressing all my questions with patience.
Good job! I will definitely call them again for future repairs.

We will never hire these people again. They ripped us off. They spent 6 hours at our home trying to diagnose the problem. They even drilled holes in our walls. We paid them $800+ for nothing. We still had a water problem after they left, and they never solved it. We called to speak to their manager. Their manager said they’d call us back after talking to the techs who worked on our home, but they never called back, and it’s been 2+ weeks. They do not have knowledgeable techs. This company sent two plumbers and neither of them could solve it but still made us pay. This is absolutely poor customer service. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. We ended up hiring another plumber who was able to diagnose and fix the problem unlike the plumbers from this horrible company. Don’t pick this company for your plumbing issue. There are much better companies out there.
