I wanted to try a new Septic company, I am glad I did. We were experiencing our toilets not flushing, and had a small back up in our shower. I called Puget Sound Septic and made an appointment. Josh from Puget Sound Septic arrived and pumped out our Septic tank. He discovered that our Septic pump had failed. He installed a new pump and reorganized the wiring on the pump and float and changed some PVC piping.He was meticulous in his work and my wife and I appreciated how professional he was in teaching us how to maintain and troubleshoot our setup. Josh is friendly and personable, and I highly recommend him to anyone who has a Septic system. He will be my go-to for anything Septic system related. Thanks Josh.
