I've always had great experiences here. Additionally, they donated all the extra keys ordered by my son for his Eagle Scout project. THAT is being local and they understand that and I will always have extra keys made here.

Since I've been visiting Pullman, WA, I've seen David 4 times for various needs. He is always helpful and does great, quality work. His work is a good value too as his prices are reasonable.

I locked my keys in my car this morning at about 6am. I originally called a different locksmith who quoted me $40 and said they were on their way. After waiting almost 3 hours, calling multiple times with no answer, I finally called this place. Dave quoted me $85 (understandable as they would be coming to Moscow from Pullman) and told me 30min. He arrived on time, got my car unlocked in about 5min, and was very professional and friendly. I really wish I would have just called this place first. 10/10
