Er is horrible everytime I go to the er I'm always treated horribly.there was only one time, that I was treated at least a little decent. My last visit was extremely horribly. I went in because I messed up my knee and couldn't walk. Literally was man handled to get xrays done and was left in a room in agonizing pain waiting for a nurse or a doctor to come back to be told it's not broken but we think it's either a ligamental tear or a musculature tear but we don't have an mri or can't do a test to see if it's either or. Then only gave me crutches and an ace bandage on my knee. I wouldn't recommend this hospital at all really terrible care.
Update:
Tried calling the number got to no one!!! I have more horror stories should also mention that night I almost died cause someone gave me fentinal when I told them I'm allergic to opioides and than was told I was over reacting when I was literally having overdose symptoms! Terrible Terrible hospital. Much rather be seen by Hannibal Lector than here.

I went in for a stomach pain w that unbearable. the nurses kept suggesting that i was either drinking too much or taking drugs, they asked not only once but multiple times and i said no every time. they were just rude and i heard the nurse that was helping me talking about me and making fun of me out in the hallway to the other nurses. very rude and disrespectful. i ended up leaving AMA because i had never felt like such an inconvenience at a hospital before. i ended up going to a different hospital in spokane and it ended up being a stomach ulcer. front office ladies were super nice and helpful but the actual nurses were so rude.

I've been having trouble finding where I can express my concerns, so I guess here is best. This hospital consistently bills my insurance incorrectly and has for the last 2 years. I've had to call every time I've received an EOB to ask them to reprocess the bill. Lately, I've had to wait in lines for privacy, but nobody at the front desk or check in desks pays attention until I'm actually right in front of their desk, or asking them to check me in. Lastly, I'm so tired of driving around this hospital to look for patient parking just to find that the front entrance is closed, and they ask me to walk all the way around to the emergency exit where there is no patient parking. Let me know in advance that I need to enter in the back door. Bill my insurance correctly. Look up from your phone if you work at a desk. I love the service I receive from my doctors, but lately I've had so many other complaints and nowhere to submit them. I'd like to stop wishing I had another option in town.
