The golf course was very nice, however, for being a public golf course, it's lacking in areas. The professionalism here is not there as they don't greet everyone the same. We looked past this because we wanted to enjoy our round. Although we were just over scheduled time to play the course, we had to wait for a group in front of us that were very entitled. This group didn't play ready golf, and they were a full hole behind the group in front of them. This caused a huge delay, and we had people behind us hitting into us because they thought we were backing everything up. By the time we reached the 12th hole, the group in front of us decided to add another person to make it a group of five. This just put them further behind the group in front of them. I called the pro shop to see if there was anything they could do and just got the run around.
Yes, golfing on a weekend does typically take longer to play, but the way our group had to constantly wait on every shot for the amount of time isn't okay. Nonetheless, the person in the group in front of us is a worker named Bailey, and it was his girlfriend that showed up, and he took the liberty to make his group a five-some so she could play. I won't ever go back to this course because paying over $160/person to play and wait excessively isn't something that's enjoyable. Hopefully, they'll take this feedback and improve on making the experience a better one for future golfers.
