Good hike very manageable. Bring an extra pair of shoes if you want to go to the waterfall you will get your feet wet. Might have to do some rock jumping.

From the parking lot to the waterfall it takes about an hour and some of the sidewalks are narrow, Also the water so cold.

Just did the 2 mile I was fine but it is mostly going uphill it is fun tho!
