I was so excited to learn Puppy Pad on the Hill was opening very near my neighborhood. I signed up before they were even open. The groomers are fabulous: friendly, professional, and skilled. Everyone there is generally very nice. That said, staffing has apparently become an issue. I always make my next appointment as I'm leaving the current one. I showed up for my monthly appointment on time and was told I didn't have an appointment at all. It seems the woman who made the appointment wrote it down but did not input it in the computer. I was told, "If you didn't get a text, you didn't have an appointment" as if this was my mistake. No apology, no comp, nothing. I still made another appointment. I was not aware that they are down to only one groomer. She did a great job on my dogs, but it took over six hours. The usual time is closer to three hours. Many excuses followed. I did not make a follow-up appointment. I would be happy to come back if they could get their business in order.
