I’ve used PURCOR many times in the past with my other properties and let me just say it was never this darn expensive or difficult .
I will say customer service from the inspector whom came out was amazing! He was very thorough and took his time around our property in Seattle It wasn’t rushed at all.
Also he was very patient with me and professional when explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done . I believe his name was Drew ? I don’t remember the other fellow whom came to our other property in Bellevue a while back but he was very nice as well!
What I have an issue with is the contracts and fees. And how the scheduling process went . I had to cancel last minute due to a minor inconvenience, and let me tell you that was a sht show to get a response to get that handled. Sounds like a management problem the way you get the run around.
Their contract to sign is like a dictionary and you have to play I spy to find where to sign, not to mention the hundreds of typos and run on scentences. My husband was beyond annoyed and uninterested to move forward with the work when I forwarded him the three seperate contracts I received.
Like how can you possibly over charge all this money for your company And not thoroughly proof read a document that someone is SIGNING !?
I’m a business owner trust me I know this isn’t that difficult . My 15 year old daughter could’ve wrote out more proper terms and conditions and a contract that wouldn’t be so subpar and misleading. What a joke . Never had this problem in the past getting things take care of with you guys so that’s unfortunate.
There’s plenty of other pest control companies out there that make it more simple and feasible to have work done.
Definitely do better with your companies process. Just a thought If you’re going to be paperless I would make sure it’s more user friendly to avoid confusion!
