Jeffery came to do our service today and I got home right as he was leaving. He took the time to roll down his window and ask if there was anything else we needed him to look at and then happily came inside and took care of a dead mouse that had been sitting in our crawl space. I so appreciated his willingness to take the extra time to do that.

Purcor has consistently given us superior service. Azure (our tech) provided thorough service and explained what we should look for as the seasons changed. This clear explanation coupled with excellent service is appreciated

Douglas was great, the customer service from Purcor, not so much. I had to call times before they finally got a message to Douglas. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain some things to me..
