Came here to get a full set and pedicure. Immediately impressed by the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the salon. The girls at the front were nice but seemed to lack customer service skills. I walked in at 2pm for my appointment and was seated to start toes about 12 minutes after. Toes came out nice, and they broke down the price as they went.
My toes took about an hour which was ok. I then sat down and was told to wait for my nails. waited about 15-20 min for a tech which seemed kinda long to me as i already scheduled my appointment, i wasn't anticipating to wait at all. Tim then came and was really nice and friendly, he also broke down the price but within 5 minutes he had to leave as he didn't know he had an appointment setup with someone else prior. For this reason i'm taking off a star. I didn't like that he had to stop my nails and then i had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone else. Cong then came and completed my full set, which came out beautiful. I will say for the length I got my nails, I think the price was a little too overpriced but I understand as i got designs and ombré, which can be harder on "shorter" nails. Overall, i'd say i'll come back for a second chance and hoping I don't wait as long as I did previously.
