I am a very happy customer of Pure Power Solutions. 9 years ago, I vetted them against 5 different competitors (and the competition was stiff, there are good companies out there) and found them to be best for us. This was due to very competitive pricing, in depth meetings about our needs, the products, where they came from, warranties, how much energy to generate, when we would have the unit paying for itself. Here I am, all this time later, with a system doing exactly what was projected. It's ticking along, beautifully. I had occasion to call, because I wasn't getting email updates on efficiency and I couldn't see my display on the unit, as the protective film wasn't removed and it had melded to the screen. Gerard gave me his immediate time and went through several steps with me to determine that a connection had come loose at the modem. It was an undertaking, given the unit and wire routing... in the end, it was my error. I was just stoked to see that it's still pumping out the savings, and that I can still get priority assistance. I cannot more highly recommend this company. They are even sending me a replacement display. Love them!
