From the reception, to the admins, to the realtor; they couldn’t have been worse. Unreliable, irresponsible, and unprofessional is how to remember PURE Properties.
There was no realtor present when my girlfriend and I arrived on time, and there was already a couple of women dressed in scrubs waiting to see the place. The nurses mentioned that they came from Ukiah (45 minutes at least). We were both booked for a showing at the same exact time.
Five minutes after the nurses left, someone arrived and let themselves in.
Realtor didn’t show, reception had no access to information (or anything helpful), and I was transferred from one employee to another.
Would have better off contacting a different property manager.
