Upon getting a proposal and me setting up service then failing to delivery 2 times and then forcing me to cancel due to them not even informing me about not being to deliver my tank. Got a call from which I assumed upper management, I said I was going with another company due to their lack of communication and we parted ways. After a week I called back because I needed a tank right away and said I needed to give them another chance maybe it was just a bad timing that week. Coming to find out that for a week calling back and forth I was denied service because I mentioned the word "competitor" they wasted a whole week to tell me a simple "we refuse to serve you" which they could of said in the start. But I am glad they declined me because I did my research and did go with a competitor which I was able to buy what I needed instead of paying their rental fee's. Company or management needs to evaluate their ways of dealing with a small client instead of acting as its the only water treatment facility to offer service. Good luck if your decide to do business with them, I hope they treat you better then they decided with me.
