I’ll start with the people that work there are very nice (owner not on site), and that’s the only good thing I have. The store is cluttery and the owner is a fraud. I have been on the phone with the store, a couple of times, and decided to come in and buy their glass bottles to have them filled. I asked for three of the 3 gallon glass bottles. I get to the cash register and they want almost double the amount that they have listed on their website for the same bottle. The guy calls a manager and tells them this lady is showing me online that we have this price and the manager tells him online needs to be updated. It’s considered fraud to list a completely different price on your website than you have in store, it should’ve been honored. It’s not my problem if you don’t know how to run your own website. I drink a lot of water, ALOT and they would’ve seen me probably twice a week filling three bottles each for the rest of my life. I also have a big mouth, so I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and telling every single person I know not to go there- just because I can.
