10/10 stars. Purse rehab did an amazing job on three of my leather designer bags (LV pochette/cosmetic case, Loewe black calf doctor bag, and Cuyana burgundy briefcase with flap). Contacted them in late November, shipped bags in early December, 4 weeks later, I am celebrating my new bags (because the workmanship is that good, they look new). Excellent service, communications, prompt, worth the expense. Photos are before and after for each. LV lining completely replaced, canvas cleaned/restored. Loewe bag stitching darkened to match leather, worn leather at trim and bottom restored. Cuyana interior lining cleaned, small external visible spots restored. I am thrilled.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of their work. I’ve had 3 bags repaired and all come back looking flawless. They truly are wonderful and help me get many more years out of my bags!

Amazing job. The last picture is when there was a red stain on the back. Now it looks absolutely new. I referred my friend to send her Chanel bag in. I'm pretty sure she will be really happy with the result like I was. Thank you, Purse Rehab!
