I've been using my VERY dull knives for way too long because I couldn't find anyone to hand sharpen them. I haven't had the best experience with machine sharpening as they often wear away too much metal. Now I don't have the best knives in the world, but Miguel made them sharper than new. He has a real passion for knives and metal work, and it shows. I already gave him my second set of knives to sharpen and will only ever use him from now on, and have them sharpened more regularly now that I've found him.
