Contacted Pushpay because they advertised an inexpensive app for my church. I soon realized they didn't really care about the app. It was just a way to get us signed up for the egiving. Customer service and support was pretty much nonexistent, especially if I needed help with our app. Their charge, on top of the percentage of the donation, was around $1200 per year. Our church ran into some serious financial problems and when we inquired about canceling our contract we were finally informed a month later that we missed the 90 day window for cancelling the automatic renewal. Too bad, so sad was pretty much their reply. But they'd be happy to cancel it for next year if we wanted.

The easy donor interface available. Makes giving simple. Would be 5+ stars except fees are higher than their competitors.
