My new Carrier heat pump is almost one year old now. It has been great through its first summer and winter. I chose the "high heat" model. Over the winter we hit a low of 13 F. The unit never kicked in electric resistance heat and was able to keep up with the demand. I am very impressed. My electric energy cost has gone down by over 1/3rd saving $700 this year. Nice!
Puyallup HVAC was quick to come out to make an estimate, provided all the information I needed and the installation was done when they promised it. The installation crew were professional and excellent craftsmen.
