Puyallup King Cab Taxi

I give puyallup king cab taxi 5 stars for many reasons, but here is the jist of my expedience. I had a Verry friendly driver and the price i paid was cheaper than uber or lyft. On top of that my driver was 100 times more professional than any uber or lyft driver i have ever had. I didnt have to question the cleanliness of the random persons car i wad getting in. And i didnt have to wonder if my driver was going to be 100% safe to be in a vehicle with, or weather or not the vehicle i was riding in was 100% safe to be on the road. I have had some more than unquestionably sketchy uber and lyft rides. It saddened me to hear that my driver was barely scraping by because of uber and lyft taking up all of his buisness. I honestly preferred the taxi ride i got compared to any uber or lyft ride i have ever gotten. Plus its the only way to get a ride and pay cash. because apparently uber and lyft dont accept the most widely used form of currency on the planet. So im giving 5 stars and recommending anyone who reads this, lets put money back into the pockets of people who are working for it. Not into the pockets of businesses owners, who over charge, and under pay there employees. And obviously don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Any company who will make you pay $20 to ship your phone back to you when the car you forgot it in is a couple blocks away from where you were dropped off is obviously money hungry. So in conclusion, Puyallup king cab taxi is leaps and bounds better than uber or lyft. so why would you choose mediocrity over greatness?

I have called this company on three separate occasions now. All three times they could or would not provide a taxi to the Puyallup area in a reasonable amount of time. This last time i called 3 hours in advance and made an appointment for a taxi, and they still would not provide one at the time and place scheduled.

Not sure if this is even a business.

Got a taxi at pier 91 after a cruise asked what the rate from pier was to our hotel by the airport the driver quoted $60.00. Got in the cab and noticed driver was headed to the terminal when I asked why he was going to airport he said that the 60.00 was for transportation to airport and that if we wanted to go to our hotel it would be another 28.00 to hotel. This driver certainly tried to take advantage of us. I refused to pay anything more. He did take us to our agreed upon hotel after I defused and asked for his cab number and company name
