With the Mazda mobile app, it's super easy to schedule appointments. The service department staff has everything ready to go when you get there. Plus the service department staff are very friendly.

I purchased the VIP package when I bought my new CX 9. I took my car in today for the7500 mile oil change and to have other accessories installed. The VIP package includes free oil changes (which I recieved) lube, fluids topped off, 24 point inspection, car wash, vacuum and other services, none of which I recieved. They called me when my car was ready so I did not have time to wait around once I realized none of the other services had been done, also, my paperwork says my car was in for a 3000 mile oil change, not 7500. I need to ensure my computer is set to the right mileage as well.
