Some of the most impolite interactions I’ve had with people are from some here. There was an issue, at which was extremely misconstrued, nevertheless the interactions over the phone to further resolve the issue and extend gratitude was severely unprofessional and unacceptably rude. I think, even with the misunderstood issue that had occurred, that a level of professionalism and politeness should be maintained at all times. If this is how this facility operates, stern lessons on how to interact with people and assess/address/understand the possibilities that may occur and how to handle them appropriately.
