On Wednesday April 26, 2017 I took a trip down to Larson Dodge/Puyallup Used Cars on River Road. I met up with Gary Olguin and right away he made me feel at ease as I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted in a truck. I had seen a couple on line that I was interested in. I was opened to looking at other options and trucks. Gary took the time to explain all the features on all the trucks we looked at as well as asking me questions about what we would be using the truck for. My wife couldn't be there with me so I spent time texting her back and forth with all the information Gary was giving me. Once we decided on a truck we worked on running the numbers. Finally we agreed on a price and before I knew it I was cleaning out my old vehicle and transferring it into my new truck! We headed over to the finance office where he handed me over to Lisa to sign all the paperwork. Before I knew it i was the proud owner of a 2015 Ram 2500 4X4 with a Hemi! I have been considering trading in my truck for a new one and decided to stop by with my wife to check out their inventory. Nate greeted us the moment we walked in and did an outstanding job of aiming to understand what it was we were looking for in a vehicle. He took notes pertaining to our preferences and steered us clear of anything that wasn't the right fit. He was funny, personable, easy going, and most importantly we did not feel pressured by him in any way. He did all the work of locating our top 4 vehicles at their various Larson lots (all within a 4 min drive) and then drove us around to see them. As we looked them over he reminded us of things to consider while also giving us time to make our own determinations. When we found one we wanted to drive he quickly jumped on it and gave us the time we needed to test drive it and discuss our likes and dislikes with just the wife and I. When we got back we decided we wanted to see what numbers looked like because we liked the vehicle so much. I can tell you that I feel I got a pretty fair trade for my vehicle and received a decent deal on the one we took home. I can't say enough positive things about this Larson team, from Jake (not from State Farm) the Finance guy, to Paul the manager, everyone was easy to work with and they provided lots of great advice throughout the process. Huge kudos to Nate for his easy going personality and patience. I highly recommend you stop by to see him. Love this place!!
